Brook House Office Video a “great marketing tool”
The video of October’s Business Centre of the Month Award winner, the independently operated Brook House in Uxbridge, is now available to view.
Ranola Properties’ Brook House won the award in October for a number of reasons, in part due to its outstanding customer service but also because of the supportive business environment, high standard of fit-out and excellent on-site amenities, which all play their part in providing a quality workspace for both corporates and SMEs and making Brook House one of the best business centres in the country.
As part of their prize, Brook House received a video courtesy of officebroker.com along with a second version, which has been produced for Brook House’s website complete with company logo and branding.
“The video has added another way for us to help market the building especially after we have made the initial contact,” said Jay Dave, Commercial Manager of Ranola Properties. “Prospective tenants can now take a look at the building before viewing and then come and see for themselves that it is not all just for show.”
Designed to provide a more detailed insight into the space that photographs cannot offer, officebroker.com’s video service includes footage of the office space as well as many other areas in and around the property – from the car park and nearby transport links, to meeting rooms and communal areas.
The Brook House video shows off the spacious and double-height atrium which is flooded with natural light, as well as other key selling points such as its impressive reception area, wide corridors, contemporary office space and mod cons, helping to give clients an insight into the general look and feel of the property.
