Over 200,000 sq. ft. of high grade office space has entered the market in Bristol, with the One Glass Wharf development completing its journey from being part-finished and in administration to fully functioning office block in just 18 months.
Part of the Temple-side Quay area of Bristol, located only a short distance from the City Centre, One Glass Wharf is located in what is reportedly ΓÇ£rapidly becoming known as the cityΓÇÖs business hubΓÇ¥ and an area which has seen significant investment.
Located within an area featuring waterside bars, restaurants, shops and a selection of serviced offices advertised here on officebroker.com, the new office development has already secured a host of tenants according to the Estates Gazette.
The serviced offices market in Bristol would appear to have been positive since the beginning of 2010, with data from officebroker.com showing a rise in average workstation prices between January and August 2010 ΓÇô rising from ┬ú211.00 p/w in 2009 to ┬ú228.00 to-date in 2010.
