Brindleyplace Welcomes Another Tenant as Birmingham Office Space Continues to Appeal
The appeal of office space in Birmingham continues to grow as yet another business takes the decision to relocate to this attractive city centre location.
Following a similar move by accountancy firm Friends LLP earlier this month, the Institute of Directors West Midlands (IoD) will vacate their current office space in Victoria Place and relocate to 11 Brindley Place, the newest building within the successful Central Birmingham development having opened been completed in March 2009.
“IoD members enjoy a network of prestigious premises located throughout the UK, Brussels and Paris and identifying locations which offer outstanding levels of service and facilities is paramount.
“We are extremely excited about moving not only to this landmark building but also to a location which is increasingly attracting key businesses to the city.
“We believe the fantastic range of business and leisure facilities on hand locally can only enhance benefits to IoD Members.ΓÇ¥
