Brindleyplace in Birmingham Gets New Tenant

Offices in Brindleyplace Birmingham will receive a new tenant in June when accountancy and business advisory firm Friend LLP begin the occupation of 11,100 sq ft of prime City Centre office space.

Moving from their existing office space on Broad Street, the firm will take the 10th and 11th floors of Eleven Brindleyplace, designed by the award winning architect Glenn Howells and opened in March 2009.

Quoted on thebusinessdesk.com, Corporate finance partner Denise Friend said: “With the team fast expanding, Eleven Brindleyplace provided us with the perfect opportunity to relocate within the Westside of Birmingham to a landmark new building which reflects the calibre of our business.

While Eleven Brindleyplace is the latest building within the development, the ten additional buildings that form the development have proved equally attractive to businesses since the 5 storey, 68,553 sq ft One Brindleyplace was first completed in October 1995.

The Brindleyplace development is also home to one of BirminghamΓÇÖs many high grade serviced offices, providing quality office space to a wide range of businesses and forming an important part of the office space market within the city,
