Bradford Business Park
Proposals for a state of the art business park in the Thornton area of Bradford could create hundreds of jobs, helping to regenerate the local area.
Planning consent has already been approved for the site to be used as a commercially focussed development, where 280,000 sq ft of warehouse, factory and office space will be created.
Edisons Commercial and Gent Visick will be marketing the site, with Andrew Gent commenting that “there are few development opportunities within the Bradford District” with the site representing “an excellent opportunity for local companies to secure much needed accommodation whilst also channeling investment into the area.”
Edisons have stated that they have already received a great deal of interest from a range of companies attracted by the location.
The site, known as Bronte Business Park, will have space for a wide range of companies from small startups to large enterprises.
Yorkshire and Humberside Focus:
officebroker.com has reported a slight drop in enquires and deals in the serviced office sector for the first 6 months of 2011 (in comparison with 2010), therefore this new development will contribute in providing a valuable boost to the local economy.
