Birmingham Office Space Secures Second Major Tenant

Office space at one of BirminghamΓÇÖs newest and most prominent office schemes has secured a significant new tenant in the shape of accountancy firm Mazars.

Previously based in offices on the corner of Newhall Street and Great Charles Street in Birmingham City Centre, the staff and partners from the accountancy firm will relocate to the newly developed 45 Church Street, a 12 storey office building only a few minutes from Snow Hill Station and offering grade A office space on a typical floor-plate of 10,000 sq. ft.

Having also secured a pre-let of over 16,000 sq. ft. of office space to property firm King Sturge, the arrival of Mazars will signal the second major letting at the building since it was completed in 2009.

As well as being a highly visible building in a prestigious part of Birmingham City Centre, the office building also promotes its high levels of natural light, panoramic city views and spacious interior as features to attract additional clients to its high grade office space.
