Birmingham Colmore Row Office Property Sold for £4.5m
A Grade II listed office property in Birmingham’s Colmore Row has been bought by Real Estate Investors for a reported sum of ┬ú4.5m.
75-77 Colmore Row offers recently refurbished office space of 18,676 sq ft spread across five floors, which is currently let in full to PricewaterhouseCoopers. The company still has three and half years of a 25-year lease left to run.
“It is a quality building that has recently been refurbished and offers modern office accommodation behind an historic fa├ºade,” commented REI Chief executive Paul Bassi, according to TheBusinessDesk.
He added that the property is “right at the epicentre” of Birmingham’s professional quarter.
The firm are reportedly expecting to make more purchases in the area, and claim that they are “committed” to acquiring quality assets in the Midlands.
Bassi added: “We are still in the market for prime Midland residential and commercial property and we hope to make further announcements in the early autumn.”
