Basepoint Business Centres Target SME Growth
Serviced office provider Basepoint Business Centres, which operates 28 locations around the Midlands and the South of England, is launching a new scheme aimed at helping start-ups and SMEs to drive their businesses forward.
The company are offering three months use of its virtual office service for free to existing clients, or those that take up workspace at one of their centres, from the beginning of April. The initiative will enable businesses to hold an additional virtual office at one of Basepoint’s centres.
Commenting on the launch, Basepoint’s Executive Director Brian Andrews said:
“A number of key initiatives for businesses were announced in the recent Budget and the government is focused on supporting enterprise, so now is a good time for businesses to grow. We are hopeful that our offer will complement such initiatives and make it easier for SMEs to thrive; whether that’s small companies that are looking to expand, or larger companies that would benefit from adding further satellite offices to their portfolio.”
He added: “Encouraging entrepreneurs and supporting business is central to our ethos, so we are keen to become the driving force behind successful companies. This offer gives businesses the chance to ‘test drive’ additional workspace in new locations, without the associated risks.”
Basepoint, which are supporting the Start Up Britain campaign, are a subsidiary of UK grant-making charity the ACT Foundation, which works to assist vulnerable societies and to improve the quality of life for those in need.
