As news of green shoots continue to pepper the commercial property headlines, another major deal in London has just gone through which sees a prime building on Regent Street sold to a private overseas investor.

According to Property Week, CBRE Investors have sold Mutual House, a retail and office property on Regent Street in Central London, for a reported figure of £30m.

The building comprises retail space that is currently let to three separate businesses, and 6 floors of prime office space.

Richard Everett, senior director of UK managed accounts group, said:

“This transaction demonstrates the demand for prime retail and office space as buyers are re-entering the UK property market.”
