1000 Office Reviews and Counting!
In November 2009 we launched a review facility on the officebroker.com website to encourage feedback from clients who had toured or taken office space, along with those who had used meeting room facilities or signed up to a virtual office.
This year, the review facility reached a major milestone by smashing the 1000 mark, and continues to build on this at speed with reviews flying in on a daily basis.
“It was a natural step for us to launch our own review platform back in 2009, and since then it has grown massively,” said Liz Yorke, Head of Global Operations at officebroker.com.
“We get reviews from clients up and down the country and across the globe. Some are written by clients who have toured an office or used a meeting room, while others have gone on to take space and then wrote a review based on their early experiences of their new office.”
As well as writing feedback, clients are invited to give the office an overall rating out of five, and most buildings score upwards of 3 out of 5 – many gaining 4 and 5-star ratings.
“It’s good to see that the vast majority of the feedback we get is positive which is a great reflection of the industry,” added Liz.
Anita Harris of Advocating Excellence wrote the 1000th review, following her tour of a Lichfield business centre that was organised by Account Manager Kaz Yaqub. Anita said that the offices had a “lovely buzz” and paid particular attention to the staff.
“I recently toured a couple of offices here,” she said. “”The whole building is lovely. There is a warm welcome from the reception staff as soon as you enter. Guy Gibson the facilities manager was friendly, informative and has been extremely helpful throughout the process.”
