Presto PR builds a base in Goodlass Road

Presto PR is a small, but very busy PR Agency specialising in PR for the Building and Construction Industry. Following a long and drawn out search for suitable business accommodation, I was amazed at the facilities and value for money on offer here in Goodlass Road.

Presto was one of the first businesses to move into the centre in May 2010 and Centre Manager Jamie did everything she could to make sure this was the right move for me and my company.

The office I rent is a great price and all my utilities are included which means I don't get bogged down with paperwork and bill-paying. Its light, airy, quiet and convenient. On a slightly negative note, i think its a real shame that certain tenants take this great facility for granted by abusing it. Communal facilities are often dirty and unpleasant, despite Jamie's best efforts at sorting the problem out.

Apart from that, I would highly recommend this building to anyone wanting to progress their business and needing to create a professional, impressive image for their company.

A decision you wont regret

We looked around Warrington St Helens and Liverpool for weeks and weeks; then discovered B1. for price and facilities nothing could compare; it was a no brainer - so much so we are looking at taking another office in B1

B1 Office

B1 offer a range of offices to suit every business need. Free Wifi is a huge benefit along with modern board room, meeting rooms and reception, kitchen and toilet facilities. I had never heard about B1 until I went to a networking event and B1 were guest speakers. We spoke after, arranged a tour and then pretty much moved into the new office, easy!

Superb!

We had looked at numerous offices in and around Liverpool City Centre and although very good, could not complete with the Liverpool Business Centre. From the price, look and feel of everything on offer, this choice was a clear winner! From our first visit, we knew immediately that this was for us, and hope to stay here for a very long time. If you are after superb facilities, excellent location,and extremely affordable rental costs, then this is for you. I guarantee you will be hard pressed to find anything better!

Can't get better

I have looked around nearly 30 office spaces and visited near enough all in Liverpool in my time, and this place is at the top. Even with its location outside of the City Centre, it came out on top when I was searching for an office space to grow our business in. Clients love coming to see us here, many complimenting the facilities and saying how they would love to move here.

The obvious choice...

From the smiles when you first arrive, to the Dyson Blade handdryers, this place ticks the boxes. There is a feeling of abundance and generosity in the way this place is run and managed and nothing is too much trouble. With that and the fantastic facilities underpinned by value for money it was our obvious choice.

The Right Move

We looked long and hard at the accomodation available in Liverpool (of which there is lots). We made our mind up almost immediately, the offices are light and spacious and there is parking! What made the difference was the look and feel of the place which we think will only get better as more businesses move in. The centre staff were really the deciding factor as nothing has been too much trouble and they have gone out of their way to help us settle into our new business home.

The office has parking facilities, located near to motorway and shopping area, very modern decor and warm friendly atmosphere. Professional meeting rooms, fully equipped with IT. Large open reception area. Brilliant for developing our business.

A complete corporate image solution for your business for unbeatable rates.

The Liverpool Business Centre has supplied us with quality office space with friendly, very helpful and committed staff at unbelievably low prices. I looked at numerous office rental companies and locations around Merseyside and was very impressed with the tour of the building given by the very helpful Jamie. During the tour I started to think that these premises with all the facilities available at no extra cost was going to be way above my budget. I was completely surprised, relieved and excited when I was told the price. Needless to say that the Liverpool Business Centre is now our corporate face of Mersey Mag and we can't wait to invite clients to the boardroom or conference suite as it really does give a fantastic first and lasting impression. I would highly recommend any size business to view theses premises as a long term solution for your business needs.

High Reach Northwest Ltd Relocate to Liverpool Business Centre.

High reach Northwest ltd Relocated in April 2010 from a small office to a rather large and spacious office situated in the Liverpool business Centre, We have that much office space we can hardly fill it. This ample space gives us opportunity to expand our business, hire more staff and a very professional image. The facilities available are very impressive and the staff are very professional in helping to make you and your business as comfortable and smooth running as they can. At a very cost effective price moving to the business centre has given High reach Northwest Ltd a lot more potential and more business opportunities. I would recommend any size business to consider moving into the business centre or at least tour around the place to see for yourself.

Gloven Ltd moving to new premises in Goodlass Rd, Liverpool,

I was moving into the area and needed to relocate my business. I was keen to get the best option for the best price. I am so impressed with the quality of the office space available to businesses. Jamie & John just do everything to make sure your business runs smoothly. Its a great location especially for all your business meetings to give a really professional image for anyone starting out. They have so many alternatives to offer I have started off in a small area but am now expanding into larger offices within a month due to company growth. The nice thing is I can continue to grow and no that I can stay within the same building. I would very highly recommend being a part of this business centre.

Presto PR settles in at Liverpool Business Centre

I rent a desk in an office containing 9 workstations. The conditions are fantastic and the facilities are unbelievable value for money. Initially I was unsure as to whether a rented space would suit me, but Jamie and John at the Liverpool Business Centre went out of their way to accommodate me and to put my mind at rest. After an initial trial period it was obvious that this office could potentially elevate my business to a new level and create a corporate image for Presto that working from home could never do. This is the best thing I've done for a long time and I would urge any small business to come along and have a look.

BUSINESS CENTRE ASSOCIATION

CODE OF CONDUCT AND BEST PRACTICE

This Code of Conduct and Best Practice creates a clear framework of values and principles that support and underpin the meaning of bca membership. Adherence by all bca members to the Code actively demonstrates commitment to professional and ethical conduct.

General Principles Members will observe the highest principles of ethics, equity, integrity, professional conduct and fair practice in dealing with others and will conduct their business in a manner designed to enhance the operation, image and reputation of the serviced office and managed space industry and bca members. The bca will offer guidance and support to members to help achieve these standards.

Ethical conduct is not simply compliance with legal requirements but extends to honesty, respect for and equitable treatment of others, integrity and social responsibility. It is conduct that holds up to disclosure and to public scrutiny.

Members and their staff will act towards other members and non-members, clients and others at all times in good faith. Members should actively seek to support and uphold the mission statement and values of the bca. All applicants are required to adopt this code of practice, through signature, before being accepted as a bca member. Following such signature and acceptance, all members shall continue to ensure their compliance with this code of conduct.

By signing and returning this application you agree to adhere to the Code of Conduct and Best Practice Principles listed opposite. Failure to comply with these Principles shall constitute a breach of this Code of Conduct and Best Practice which shall, in turn, entitle the bca to suspend and, where it deems fit, terminate your membership.

bca Mission Statement bca is the industry resource for its members providing a range of member benefits, together with information and education as well as creating public awareness of the sector.Membership of the Business Centre Association (bca) represents support for high standards in the Business Centre and Managed Workspace industry and reporting protection for the industry's Clients through the bca Member Client complaints procedure.

All business centre, managed workspace and trade supplier applicants are required to adopt this code of practice, through signature, before being accepted as a bca member.

Members shall require their directors, employees, representatives and nominees to comply with this code.Principles Business Centres and Managed Workspace bca Members will, at all times:

  1. Strive to create a beneficial environment for their Clients and the wider business community.
  2. Promote and maintain ethical standards of conduct, dealing fairly and honestly with their Clients.
  3. Give accurate representation of the facilities and of the costs of services offered.
  4. Conduct their business in a professional way and not engage in practices which would damage the image of the Business Centre and Managed Workspace industry.
  5. Comply with the requirements of Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, Data Protection legislation, Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) and any other legislative requirements relating to their Centre(s).
  6. Ensure that their Centre(s) carried out a current fire risk assessment, appropriate to its square footage and number of occupants.
  7. Ensure that they carry appropriate property and public liability insurances for their Centre(s).
  8. Not entice clients or staff from other bca members or act in a way considered unethical by the majority of bca members.
  9. Endeavour to raise the standards of the industry through active invulvement, whenever possible, in the activities of the bca.
  10. Undertake to maintain items of capital equipment, or repair within the shortest reasonable period, minimising any inconvenience to the Client.
  11. Respect confidential information supplied to them by their Clients, unless there is a legal/statutory requirement.
  12. Not take improper advantage of membership of the bca, nor of any information supplied by the bca.
  13. Endeavour to supply information requested by the bca. The information will be treated confidentially and used in the compilation of industry reports where only aggregate information will be published, unless clearly stated in advance.
  14. Avoid participating in activities that are inconsistent with the bca mission statement
  15. Not do or participate in anything which would be likely to lower the standing of the Business Centre Association in the estimation of the general public and/or other members of the Association.
  16. Ensure reasonable endeavours are in place to reduce emissions, conserve energy and generally apply energy efficient best practice.
  17. Honour the terms of and act in compliance with any contractual arrangements entered into between them.

Waiver bca shall not have any liability whatsoever to members of the Association and/or to any clients dealing with members as a result, whether directly or indirectly, of requiring members to comply with this Code of Conduct and Best Practices. It is the responsibility of all members of the bca to ensure that they maintain at all times adequate insurance and other protection against any claims which may be made against them.
