Great team!

I literally cannot recommend the staff more. The main reason we chose the premises was down to the friendly welcome and speedy response we received and nearly a year on and one office move later this hasn’t changed. As a people led business it is vital that our clients are met by a professional and friendly welcome which despite busy times is consistently delivered. Problems, regardless of how minor are always handled professionally and more importantly with a smile!! Thank you to the team for making this a pleasant place to work!!

Moving from London to Stevenage!

Walking Forward are a new resident, after re-locating from London and we're used to not getting a lot for our money. So imagine our surprise to receive kindness, professional support and excellent service from the team at btc. So far so good!

Extremely impressed

I have only been here for a month now and have to say I am extremely impressed. It is very important for me to be able to see clients on a daily basis and I have no hesitation inviting clients here as the reception staff are precisely what I would expect to represent my own firm: welcoming, courteous, yet professional and clients cannot help but be impressed by the reception area itself.

The management and staff have been extremely efficient and helpful dealing with any teething problems I have had due to technology and the like. The facilities generally are very good and the cafe provides very good food with a very high standard of service. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Highly recommended

On behalf of everyone, at IWL Contractors Ltd, we would like to recommend this Centre at Stevenage. Having been a client since the early 90s, we would like to express our thanks, for exceptional service given by the btc over the years, but none more so, than by the current management team, who not only provide a great service, but also show an interest in the individual business needs, nd work with the companies to establish helpful solutions, to the many problems facing small businesses in the current economic climate.

Making the move easy!

Sales Solutions Media’s decision to move our new business venture to this centre came about from a number of key factors which starting with the extremely friendly staff who made us feel welcome when on our initial tour of the complex. Having visited alternative locations we soon realised that the btc and it facilities would be an impressive and the most suitable place to meet our business needs which are bases around the UK Media industry.

We have also been continually impressed with the whole environment which delivers a professional and welcoming culture for our staff and clients.

The btc has helped our business blossom at a key time in our growth and we would recommend any suitable business to relocate and experience the charming and helpful staff throughout the complex and the great facilities.

Extremely pleasant and convenient

This Centre in Stevenage is an extremely pleasant and convenient place to work with good access from the AI(M). The centre itself offers a fine, value for money alternative to renting commercial office space elsewhere. It also allows the business owner to have more credibility with potential and existing clients than working from a home office.

The members of staff here at the btc in Stevenage are always very professional, approachable and helpful. They are on hand to assist with any queries or concerns that the small business owners may have. In short, btc with its support staff provide an excellent business environment for the small business to grow.

For growing companies

Following our recent success and growth County Teachers made the decision to relocate here in August 2011. We chose this centre for its countless amenities that are not found or offered anywhere else. The Building offers a very modern feel, from the onsite bistro to its high level of security. They cater for every business need whilst providing an excellent working environment.

We are especially impressed with their help of porting our old telephone lines to our new office here at the btc. This required new technology to be installed in the building as well as a lot of engineering work. Donna and Ros worked very hard around the clock over many weeks to ensure this was done to the highest standard without any inconvenience to us - they succeeded with flying colours! For this we say, “Thank you very much”.

Above all, the staff members at the btc are not just professional and supportive of your company but very friendly people who will go that extra mile to help. Since the day we moved into the office we have been looked after and made very welcome at the btc. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move into new premises.

The best place I have ever worked in!

This is the best place I have ever worked in. The staff are really helpful and do everything possible to make the tenants life easier. On a scale of 1 – 10 I would give them 11! The personal service is second to none.

Excellent for start-ups

We viewed Bessemer Drive as part of a search for offices for our new startup business. Facilities are excellent, with a friendly reception, on-site cafeteria, extensive meeting rooms, as well as a range of office accomodation in a variety of sizes. Office space is excellent value for money. We liked it and moved in at the beginning of August. Our only small, negative comment. We have offices on the top floor. In extremely heavy rain the noise on the roof makes telecons a little difficult. If you are looking for value for money and excellent facilities, look no further.

Best thing about this office: Facilities and atmosphere

Worst thing about this office: Rain on the tin roof!

Extremely accommodating

We have been renting our unit for nearly two years now. This centre has been extremely accommodating to our individual business needs, as well as providing outstanding customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They provide a very professional, but personable service. I would not hesitate in recommending them to potential business owners.

Very smart and professional

We recently decided we needed to take offices as the next step for our business. A colleague put us onto Donna Spicer at the btc in Stevenage. We paid a visit, saw how nice the facilities are, asked a few important questions and we were in within a week. The staff all helped us to get up and running at the speed we wanted to. They were extremely helpful and flexible, ensuring that we had what we needed, whilst we got used to the routines. We have now taken a second office and feel comfortable that as our business grows, we have found a place where we can keep tight control of our costs and flex the space to suit our immediate business needs. The offices are very smart and professional, creating the right impression for our clients. Our new staff have been impressed with the facilities since the day they started.
