officebroker.com Consultant, Kirsty Lees has visited this office, this is what she thought:
The property was originally built for a shipping company, so there are mosaic tiles everywhere and on the Lower Ground those tiles are sea blue to reflect being under the sea! The lobby area which you walk through to get to the different floors looks a bit like a Turkish Bath.
As you enter the building the Reception is on the right, modern and professional, with very nice welcoming girls on Reception. They have a plaque which displays company names so it has a conventional type feel to it - and it doesn’t feel like a serviced office. You can have a plaque outside of your office with your company logo and branding on - again a conventional set up and feel to it.
There are smaller spaces on the lower ground floor from about 4 desks upwards - these are cheap! You get a lot of space and large offices for your money.
Some parts of the building are Listed, so the offices have high ceilings and huge windows. The offices are wood panelled and period style. It's a little bit quirky which some clients will love.
