Newly available office space in London has landed in the form of two new Ventia business venues on Henrietta Street, Covent Garden WC2 and Princess House, Suffolk Lane EC3.
The 10,000 sq.ft. Covent Garden office space consists of two interconnected buildings, dating back to the early 1700s, together offering six floors of workspace available for lease in a quiet, modern environment just walking distance from central London.
Ventia reports that the property has been outfitted with the latest communications technology and modern décor, providing space for up to 50 people in an unbranded and fully furnished venue.
“We are very proud to welcome yet more businesses to work in another of our business centres,” Daniel Wheble, Ventia Director reported upon the opening of the Covent Garden building. “From its beautiful classic Victorian townhouse exterior to its modern interior and state of the art professional services, Seven Henrietta Street has it all.
“Covent Garden is a fantastic place to be opening our latest venture and we are extremely excited about being able to offer such a quality option of office in one of London’s most prestigious locations.”
In another prestigious location, just around the corner from Cannon Street and moments from the tube station, Ventia’s 8th floor office space in Princess House provides another central venue for businesses.
A variety of flexible spaces for up to 14 people have been fully refurbished at Princess House, offering the latest technology and full services to potential clients.
