MWB Launches New Flexible Office Approach

MWB Business Exchange, the second largest serviced office provider in the UK, has rebranded itself with a new company tagline and customer service approach.

Offering smaller businesses and start-ups unbranded business centres, bespoke designed offices (Signature Offices) and what is purported to be the highest staff to client ratio of any office provider, MWB Business Exchange is beginning 2012 with a fresh approach and a new slogan:

“We’re Not Number One, You Are.”

Following a poll of over 500 companies, MWB Business Exchange has responded to feedback that flexibility, a ‘wow’ factor and centre branding are among the most important factors for clients considering renting a serviced office space. Other important factors include location, price and service.

“This is a brand new beginning for MWB Business Exchange,” says Chief Executive, John Spencer. “From helping to grow companies like Facebook and Google, we know businesses want to feel that serviced offices are their space, not ours.

“That’s why unbranding our offices, making them more bespoke and offering more flexible terms will give companies the competitive edge they need to prosper in 2012. Combined with unrivalled service and great locations, we think we have an unbeatable proposition to tell businesses: ‘We’re not number one, you are.’”

To support the rebranding, MWB Business Exchange has recruited more staff, ensuring a high level of service at each of their office space locations, many of which are based in central London. Among these is MWB Knightsbridge, which won officebroker.com’s Business Centre of the Month Award in November 2011.
