Orega to Open Hammersmith Business Centre

Serviced office provider Orega has expanded its UK portfolio with the opening of a new Hammersmith business centre.

A deal has been agreed that will see Orega occupy the 4th and 5th floors of the cross shaped Shortlands building for the next 10 years. Due for completion in February 2012, the refit will provide up to 400 workstations kitted out with super-fast broadband, in addition to a staffed reception, meeting rooms and a host of other serviced office facilities.

Joint Managing Director of Orega, Zach Douglas described the building as “a fantastic addition to our growing network of business centres and represents a major step forward in our strategy to develop a portfolio of quality sites in London. It perfectly meets all our exacting requirements for a well-run business centre and has a number of other attributes such as an on-site gym, secure parking and excellent communication links to both central London and Heathrow airport.”

“We believe that the London market still has untapped potential for high quality, flexible office space in certain locations and are continuing to pursue new signings, more of which are likely to conclude in the first quarter of 2012.”

Once open, the Hammersmith office will join Orega’s High Holborn and Wandsworth serviced office locations in Central London.

Outside of London, Orega has successfully completed expansions at both its Birmingham Colemore Plaza and Manchester Piccadilly Place locations, accommodating the high demand for space witnessed.
