32 properties based in the UK, ranging in location from Aberdeen to Plymouth, have been put on the market by Kenmore's administrators. The sales will be handled by property agent Savills.
The properties include several office buildings, along with industrial sites, shopping centres, retail outlets, leisure facilities and a number of development sites.
Rob Caven of administrator group Grant Thornton said:
"There has been, and continues to be, considerable market interest in the Kenmore properties.
"The numerous enquiries we have received range from those expressing interest in the whole portfolio to those expressing interest in individual properties. In exploring all options to recover sums for creditors, we intend to market test such demand."
Among the offices up for sale are Almondview Office Park in Livingston, Puma Court at Kings Business Park in Knowsley, Merton House on Albion St in Leeds, 1 Northbank in Sheffield, and City House in Leeds.
