An award winning office building in Manchester, which is already home to a high quality business centre offering serviced office space at the heart of Manchester’s city centre, has leased an additional 12,710 sq ft of office space to EC Harris – taking its overall occupancy to over 60%.

Launched in November 2009, the 675,000 sq ft Piccadilly Place development has already secured lettings from NHS North West, Weightmans Solicitors and the Insolvency Service.

Mark Harris, director of the Carlyle Group, said: “Our first new tenant for 2010 at Three Piccadilly Place builds on our excellent momentum from last year, as we continue to see strong interest from potential occupiers.”

The serviced offices available at the building are of a very high standard and also offer a range of meeting rooms, reception team and concierge. The building itself was also designed to meet the BREEAM grade of “Excellent”
