Goodman Property, who provide “Strategically located, individually developed, proactively managed” business parks and offices throughout the UK, have appointed Keppie architects to review the development process for the next stage of its waterside business park Glasgow Central Quay.
Once all phases of the business park are complete it will provide 500,000 sq ft of commercial property across a 9 acre site. Much of this space is intended to provide grade A office space.
According to Property Week the site currently offers 160,000 sq ft of office space that includes tenants such as NHS Scotland, Scottish Daily Record and GE International.
Niall McGilp, regional development director at Goodman was quoted as saying: “Central Quay is a strategically important project for Goodman which offers occupiers an attractive landscaped environment and generous car parking, with excellent access to public transport and city centre facilities and amenities, all within an urban location.”
