New Soho business centre boosts office provider’s London portfolio

A new serviced office centre has been launched in Soho, Greek Street, in the heart of central London. Despite only being launched in February, the prime location and facilities available have resulted in the centre becoming 50% occupied after just one month.

The new centre is located within an attractive Georgian property on the eastern borders of cosmopolitan Soho.

Following a full refurbishment and careful restoration of the building's period features, including fireplaces and cornices, the new centre has been brought up to modern standards and now boasts contemporary fittings and a stylish finish.

Commenting on the level of demand for the new centre, General Manager Martin Sargeant said:

"Being 50% occupied just one month after its launch really shows what a good fit-out and strong location our new Greek Street centre has."

The centre occupies an excellent location in Soho, part of Westminster City, and is close to a number of transport links including Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square underground stops, and the Charing Cross mainline train station.
