Yet another boost to the commercial property market has arrived as Housing Association A2 Dominion are announced as the first tenant for the Ealingcross Office Scheme.

The deal, with was reportedly worked by the property fund of Standard Life Investments and development and investment company Neptune Land, will see A2 Dominion occupy the first floor of the Uxbridge Road offices with a total take-up of 17,213 sq ft.

The Ealingcross office scheme, which aims to bring “West End quality to West London”, offers grade A office space totalling 135,000 sq ft and was completed during the autumn of 2009.

Offices in Ealing offer businesses a great location from which to operate, with good transport links into and out of London as well as easy access to Heathrow Airport.
