A business offering eClinical solutions, which is described on their website as helping “customers accelerate the drug development process through innovation”, have swapped one set of prime office space in Central Birmingham for another.

Originally based in Brindley Place, Perceptive Informatics have now moved to eighth floor of the Centre City building of GVA Grimley. This new office will provide the company with 7,500 sq ft of prime city centre space at what is reported to be a rent of £12.50 per sq ft with an undisclosed rent-free period.

Centre City is one of the many buildings offering Grade A office space in central Birmingham and comprises of 21 floors as well as double height reception foyer.

George Jennings, associate director with the office agency team at GVA Grimley was quoted on thebusinessdesk.com as saying: “Centre City offers the winning combination of great space at an unrivalled price in a prominent location….With New Street Station a two minute walk away, immediate access to bus routes and the Midlands motorway network, occupiers couldn’t be better connected.
