New Tenant for Prime Birmingham City Centre Building.

Watchdog for the legal profession, The Legal Ombudsman, have been announced as the newest tenants at Birmingham’s Baskerville House.

The building is located in Centenary Square, traditional meeting point for the city’s New Year celebrations, and has established itself as one of the leading Grade ‘A’ building within the city. Formally a civic centre the building was developed by Targetfollow a Norwich based commercial property and Development Company who specialise in city centre projects. The building also enjoyed success at the Property Week Awards.

While larger organisations continue to take long-term leases at this prestigious city centre building, smaller organisations have also been able to gain the address on their letterhead through the serviced office also available at Baskerville House.

In fact businesses with smaller requirements have found themselves able to secure a spot in some of Birmingham’s most exclusive business addresses thanks to the rise of serviced offices in Birmingham, such as Colmore Plaza, Temple Row and Brindley Place.
