The most expensive locations in which to become a tenant in serviced offices in January have been revealed by UK broker, officebroker.com.

According to officebroker.com, January saw a peak workstation cost of £978.00 in the SW1 area of London, while the WC postcode provided the second highest price of £616.00 in the Central London area.

But far from dominating January’s top five, additional areas in Central and Greater London were pushed out by the high prices recorded in the Reading, Guildford and St Albans areas.

These higher prices far exceed the national average of £224.00 recorded during January – demonstrating that tenants are still willing to pay the price for the right space in the right place.
