The final instalments of the officebroker.com Serviced Office Review series have now been added to the website.

Covering the serviced office market in the East and South West regions of the UK, they form part 12 regional insights, providing information on lettings, enquiries, workstation sizes and other information to that allows readers an insight into the state of the serviced office market within each region. Each of the regional reports compares activity from Q4 09 with that of Q4 08. The regional reports are also supported by a national review, comparing the overall activity in 2009 to that of 2008.

The office space reviews for each location will be published at the end of each quarter – allowing a regular update of the office industry to accessed and providing tenants and providers of business centres to remain aware of the trends and changes taking place within the market.
