The first regional review of the serviced office industry from officebroker.com is now available to download.

As the first in a series of regional reviews, Serviced Office Review: Central London Q4 09 will provide an insight into the industry during the final quarter of 2009, providing details on areas such as workstations costs, enquiry and letting levels as well as the shape and size of the businesses turning to serviced office space during this period. The report also provides information on the overall supply level of business centres and the license lengths being signed for by tenants.
