Bruntwood signs four businesses at Cotton Exchange offices in Liverpool

Commercial property group Bruntwood has agreed lettings for four businesses - HH Law, iProgress, Medicals Direct and MJP Justice - who have signed for office space at the Cotton Exchange, a Grade II listed building in Liverpool's commercial district.

The agreement totals 6,100 sq ft and covers a number of requirements. For example, Medicals Direct, a health service provider in the insurance sector, has agreed 1,000 sq ft office on the building's fifth floor, while HH Law has signed a three-year lease on a 700 sq ft refurbished office.

Two of the firms have completed renewals, having previously taken space in the building. Both MJP Justice and web design company iProgress are remaining in the building. The former is doubling its space, while iProgress upgrading from a 200 sq ft office to a 400 sq ft suite on the sixth floor.

Colin Forshaw, head of sales at Bruntwood, said: "These new lettings mark another great start to the year for Bruntwood and we are pleased to welcome such a wide range of businesses into the Cotton Exchange."
