A leading office space provider (DTZ) has reported that demand for serviced office space is expected to increase in London during 2010 and that competition for the property currently available will be fierce.

In a separate survey by private equity firm Bowmark Capital, it was revealed that two-thirds of the capitals small and medium sized businesses expect to see a sustained upturn in the economy, with 25% of those surveyed predicting a 20% increase in revenue (Source: London Evening Standard ).

If both reports prove to be correct, then 2010 looks like being a positive year for the serviced office space industry in London. It is also hoped that this expected growth in the capital will be seen throughout the UK.
