A group of Grade II* and Grade II listed buildings in Leeds , known as the Tower Works, are set to be transformed into a £20m mixed-use site that will include business and office space.
Work is due to start on the Holbeck landmarks in Leeds next year, when regional funding and development organisation Yorkshire Forward will choose a contractor to manage the project.
The famous three iconic towers will form part of the scheme, said to be worth around £20 million, and will include office space as part of a wider plan to complement the nearby Round Foundry Media Centre.
