The US division of officebroker.com has shown impressive growth throughout the year, as reported in our study back in October: US Inquiries Show Excellent Growth Rate for officebroker.com.

Mirroring this trend, the state of New York has also experienced a strong period in terms of enquiries, which culminated in the highest figure of the year so far in October.

The volume of enquiries for New York has shown consistent growth since May 2009, and were particularly strong at the start of Q4. October was up by 29% when compared to the previous month, and when taking the average monthly volume for each quarter, Q4's average is already well ahead of the first three quarters of the year.
