Last Thursday (26th November), officebroker.com attended the launch of new serviced offices at a landmark building in Colmore Plaza, central Birmingham. The office space, created by serviced office provider Orega, is based in a prime location close to Birmingham's Snow Hill station.
The building has been awarded the sought after BREEAM 'Excellent' In-Use accreditation - the first for an office property in Birmingham - and benefits from a number of high-spec facilities in keeping with its impressive exterior, design and finish.
Jason Jones, of officebroker.com's Business Development team, used to work in the building in a former role for the Trinity Mirror Group. He said:
"I couldn't believe it was the same building. I spent an hour with (Orega Joint Managing Director) Paul Finch, and he was very proud of the office layout and design. In terms of branding, the colours and style provided the usual high quality Orega feel, but they were still low-key enough to allow clients to make the office their own."
