A new business park development in Bromsgrove is set to create jobs for local residents, and bring a wealth of new office space to the West Midlands.
The new Topaz Business Park, located in Lickey End just off the A38 Birmingham Road, is due to open next year, and one third of the site has already been taken.
A number of national companies have shown interest, and several have already signed up to space.
Consultancy company Barnett Waddingham are among those that have pre-reserved their place at the new business park - said to be the largest office development started this year in the region.
Speaking to the Bromsgrove Advertiser, Mike Rachman, a partner of the firm, said: "We have ambitious growth plans and we're looking to double our 50-strong team within the next five years."
He also added that the location of the site was "ideal". Situated just off Junction 1 of the M42 and close to the M5, the site certainly offers an excellent base and easy access for business owners, staff and visitors.
