One of officebroker.com's earliest team members, Chris Meredith, has been promoted to Head of Sales for the UK division.
Since he joined the team back in 2002, Chris has experienced a number of different roles and a string of promotions, which saw him progress through the ranks of Consultant, Team Leader, Training and Development Manager, Southern area Sales Manager, and now UK Head of Sales.
"Since Chris joined the company back in 2002 he has been a major asset to officebroker.com," says Managing Director and co-founder Jim Venables.
"Not only is he committed and hard working, but he understands how to guide his team to help us achieve our objectives. Our level of consultancy and customer service is key to our business, and Chris has been a crucial part in setting these standards for our new and existing staff."
Commenting on his new role, Chris has a number of objectives which includes fine-tuning the way Consultants handle enquiries, training, and growing different sectors of the company.
"I want to start increasing the amount of time we spend on each enquiry so we can really get to the core of our clients' needs," says Chris. "Plus with new Consultants coming on board it's important that I'm there to regulate training, and make sure they thoroughly understand our processes."
