Commercial property agent MERJS have leased part of a first floor Soho office space on Tottenham Court Road to UCL (University College London).

The space at Maple House has been completely refurbished, and is located close to the Tottenham Court Road tube stop, as well as other nearby stations including Goodge Street and Warren Street.

According to a press release, Colin Becker, Equity Director for MERJS, said:

"We're delighted to make this announcement, after having put so much work into the substantial refurbishment of this office space.
