Andrena White, Manager of a popular business centre based in Luton, tells officebroker.com how she finally persuaded her longest standing tenants to take up a complimentary office refurbishment.

"Our longstanding and marvellous tenants Seal Packaging have been offered new furniture for some time now," says Andrena, "but Clive and Peter have been set in their ways and liked their old comfy chairs - even though they looked like throw backs from the seventies!

"Luckily Genna who works in their administration office wasn’t so stuck in her ways and went for a complete revamp, including new carpet, new paint, new window blind and completely new furniture throughout.

"Lo and behold no sooner was the work finished then there was a knock on my door and Clive and Peter had seen the error of their ways, and now would like their offices given the makeover it deserves.

"As the longest tenants in resident Seal Packaging are treated as the Royalty of our business centre, and we were only too pleased to be able to give a little back."
