A business centre operator has reportedly signed a new 10-year lease to occupy two floors at an office property in Euston. The agreement will see a total of 27,000 sq ft of serviced office space available to rent.
According to TheBusinessDesk, Forsyth Business Centres have taken on the space as part of a continued UK expansion plan.
David Harrop, finance director at Forsyth, said:
"We feel that this is the right time in the economic cycle to secure this lease and show our long term commitment to London. Whilst the recession has badly hit some serviced office providers, this deal demonstrates our ability to secure space as part of our on-going expansion."
This is positive news for SMEs in London and the South, as serviced offices typically provide a range of office space solutions starting from a small number of desks on highly flexible, easy-in easy-out terms.
Combined with Euston's major train station and excellent rail and tube network, this move opens up increased opportunities for businesses wishing to set up or expand in the area.
