Manchester office property gets new tenant, following major revamp

An office in Manchester, which was built in the 1970s and has become a major eyesore in the city, received a transformation last year which finally saw it acquire new tenants.

Having been empty for nearly 17 months, a construction consultant company has now taken up a 10-year lease for 1,800 sq ft of office space within the building, which has achieved Grade A status.

According to the Manchester Evening News, David Lynch of Bilsdale Properties said:

"We are experiencing interest from a wide range of occupiers, and we are delighted that WT Partnership has decided to relocate business to 80 Mosley Street."
