In an investigation by officebroker.com into the volume of enquiries received for serviced offices in the North West, statistics show that in the first eight months of 2009, August has produced the highest level of enquiries so far.

As the biggest figure received so far this year, August's total is just 6% behind that of 2008's peak, which was recorded in January.

Furthermore, enquiries are up 15% in August from the previous month, bringing positive news for the North West's serviced office space market.
