Expansion for North West serviced office space operator

A North West serviced office space company, Prospect Business Centres, is reportedly expanding its operations following a £2m investment.

According to an article by TheBusinessDesk, the company currently has two business centres in Leeds and has now launched its third property, containing 15,000 sq ft of office space, in York. It can hold up to 70 desks as part of a flexible, serviced office space agreement.

The business centre will also provide meeting rooms, virtual offices and hot-desking facilities for non-tenants.

According to TheBusinessDesk, Prospect Business Centres' managing director Charlie Cudworth said:

"Some businesses need flexible space to accommodate growth, in addition to those who regard the services office option as a long-term facility, and we are already seeing very healthy demand in York for our offering of versatile office accommodation."
