Leeds Employment Office gets Grade A transformation

A property in Leeds, formerly the site of the Leeds Employment Office, has been transformed into Grade A office space following an eight-month refurbishment project.

DTZ Investment Management purchased the property in 2005. DTZ then acted as design and cost consultants on the scheme, as well as property agent.

According to TheBusinessDesk, more than 26,000 sq ft of Grade A office space over four floors has been created through the development.

Eamon Fox, associate director at DTZ, said:

"We are extremely happy with the result. What we have done is take the most innovative in business space design, and place it within building."

He adds: "The green credentials, coupled with the city’s amenities, leaves occupiers with a very unique choice when relocating. We have a high level of confidence in the offering, which is reflected in the level of ongoing interest from occupiers."
