A development firm have outlined plans to develop a new office property in Nottingham, just off Junction 25 of the M1.

Regent Developments, based in Derby, have received the necessary go-ahead for their plans in Sandiacre. The scheme is expected to feature 21,375 sq ft of office space across three storeys.

According to Property Week, Mike Harris, managing director of Regent Developments (Midlands) said:

"We recognised the opportunity to be created by a successful planning approval for the development of the site. Many years of patience have been rewarded with the recent approval of "J25" and we now look forward to the construction of the development."
