A law firm who has recently acquired office space in Spinningfields, Manchester's answer to the Square Mile in London, has contracted Warrington based Claremont Group Interiors to design, fit out, furnish and cable their new offices.

Shoosmiths' first office in Manchester, based on Hardman Street, occupies 9,925 sq ft on the seventh floor and will provide the base for 60 staff.

Claremont has previously fitted out offices in Spinningfields for other companies including Halliwells, Ecclesiastical Insurance and BDO Stoy Hayward.

Mike Gardner, managing director of Claremont said:

"We are confident that we can create a motivational workplace for Shoosmiths at Spinningfields. 3 Hardman Street has become a hub of activity and having worked with several companies located in the same building, we feel well-equipped to provide them with the ideal workspace."
