This week's report shows that Edinburgh office space enquiries for 2009 are on target for Q3, with one month still to go.

Over the first two quarters of 2009, Edinburgh has produced a fairly consistent pattern of enquiries. The figures then peaked sharply on entry into Q3 (July), producing the highest monthly enquiry figures of the year so far.

August attained 12.1% of all Edinburgh enquiries over the year to date, which is virtually on target for the monthly average of 12.5%. Therefore as a result of high enquiry levels over the first part of Q3, the remainder of the quarter looks positive, with the possibility of becoming the most successful quarter of 2009.
