A serviced office provider located on Temple Row, in Birmingham city centre, has recently expanded its operation by taking on two extra vacant floors as part of an existing lease agreement.

Citibase now occupies the entire property, which is owned by CB Richard Ellis Investors.

According to international news source Property Magazine, Richard Hughes, head of Savills Landlord and Tenant team in Birmingham, who advised the landlord, said:

"We are pleased to have secured Citibase in Aspect Court for the foreseeable future. The building occupies a highly convenient location within Birmingham's CBD providing excellent access to the Colmore Business District, transport links and the city's prime retail areas."
