A new office in Newcastle city centre is regarded as one of the most significant property developments in the city for more than a decade, according to Property Week.

One of the tallest office buildings in the city, the Lord Mayor of Newcastle attended the 'topping out' of the property - which is a ceremonial event where the last beam is placed at the top of a building, signifying the completion of development.

Located alongside St James Park, the new property was developed by the Siddiqui family.
