According to a report by www.harrogateadvertiser.net, David Harrop, Forsyth’s Finance Director said: "We're finding that all over the country there are lots of landlords who have got good buildings in the right location, but the conventional office market is very quiet at the moment. So increasingly, companies are moving out of conventionally leased space into more flexible serviced office space."

The company also has serviced offices in Leeds, Darlington, Hemel Hempstead and Datchet.
