A Grade II listed office property in Liverpool has been targeted by the crew of Chester based TV programme Hollyoaks, as the setting for one of the show's storylines.

Based on Water Street, the inside of the building was transformed to become a makeshift modelling agency for the duration of the shoot, according to a report by Your Space. The property has also stacked up several other TV appearances aside from Hollyoaks, including films 'Millions' and 'Swing'.

The restored building is now home to luxury office space, with a prime city centre address to boot.
