Riding out the recession is a challenge for any businesses. But for entrepreneurs, start-ups and small businesses, it can be an added struggle.
To help ease the economic difficulties faced by many SMEs, serviced office provider Avanta has joined forces with Entrepreneur Country, and are offering reduced rates for small businesses who are feeling the pinch.
The scheme offers a 20% discount on serviced office space and meeting rooms through Avanta, for members of networking community Entrepreneur Country.
Julie Meyer of Ariadne Capital CEO, who are behind the scheme, said in a press release by Avanta:
"We have formed a partnership with Avanta Managed Offices because it actively supports Entrepreneur Country's call for the cost of entry to entrepreneurship to be lowered." She also adds, "Discounted office space is a major benefit right now because, as a result of the credit crunch, even the best enterprises are finding it difficult to get finance and are therefore self-funding. As a result, they need to control their financial burn until the wheels of the financial services industry turn again."
