An office space and retail development situated at Eurocentral, near Motherwell and between the major cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh, has received praise by Scottish Labour Leader Iain Gray.

According to a report by Property Executive, in a recent visit to the site, Gray has commended the office space scheme as "leading the way in attracting new business to Scotland."

Due for completion in 2010, the development will provide 10 office properties, with 3 said to be due for completion this month.

Iain Gray commented in the article: "It is a real boost to the economy in Lanarkshire and Glasgow to have Scotland's newest office park situated here, especially when it is expected to offer up to 8000 jobs."
