An iconic office in Hammersmith has recently signed its first tenants, following a major refurbishment last year, according to an article by Property Week. Open TV have reportedly signed over 7,000 sq ft on a ten-year lease.

"It's a compelling interior space, but more to the point, it is a truly functional office building as well," said Ilaria del Beato of GE Capital Real Estate UK, in a statement with Property Week.

The property's location in Hammersmith lies in a prime location near the Thames, with the Hammersmith tube station just minutes away. The Barons Court and Ravenscourt Park tube stations are also within easy reach, while junction 1 of the M4 motorway is just a couple of miles away.
